Pro Bono & Advisory Law Group (“P.B.A”) is an independent law group founded in December 2018 by Mr. Piseth Duch, Chief Attorney-at-Law. P.B.A is registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Piseth is currently leading P.B.A. Piseth is a qualified lawyer who is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and passionate about human rights and public interests. Piseth worked as a human rights worker for the Cambodian Center for Human Rights since 2012, where he later became an Advocacy Director until December 2017.

Our Mission
The mission of Pro Bono & Advisory Law Group is to help clients achieve their great business outcomes by delivering high quality work products and providing ethically sound legal counsel services and strategic litigation advice.
Our Law Group also believes that we have a civic mission to advance full and equal access to justice and the rule of law through providing pro bono legal services to those who cannot afford a lawyer, especially human rights defenders, labour rights advocates, vulnerable and indigenous communities, LGBTIQ people, women activists and children who do not enjoy the same opportunity.
Our Vission
Our vision is to provide individual clients that we serve with skilled legal advice and representation in a timely, efficient, and responsible manner. We also work to contribute to the advancement of full and equal access to justice and the rule of law in Cambodia.
